Located in an elegant and historic district close to the Arco della Pace, this Milan residence is a showcase of bespoke luxury interior design crafted entirely by Paolo Rota Interiors. The project involved a complete transformation of the home — from architectural detailing to finishes, furniture, and styling — resulting in a refined, contemporary living space that embodies the highest level of Italian craftsmanship.

Every element of the interiors was designed from scratch, with meticulous attention to detail. The residence features fully bespoke boiserie, including a new wall panelling system conceived and designed by Paolo Rota himself, enhanced with a unique leather detail developed specifically for this project. This custom feature adds depth, texture and timeless elegance to the living spaces, setting the tone for the entire home.

The project also included the full design of luxury bathrooms, crafted with premium Italian materials and architectural detailing, as well as a custom-made kitchen tailored to the client’s lifestyle. High-end Italian parquet flooring was installed throughout, creating visual continuity and adding warmth to the interior architecture.
