THE MODERN VISTA – LUXURY MODERN VILLA INTERIOR DESIGN IN COMO, ITALY

Nestled in the green hills surrounding the Lake of Como, The Modern Vista is a contemporary villa project currently under development and with Interiors fully designed by Paolo Rota Interiors. Conceived for discerning international clients, the project reflects the studio’s signature approach: refined aesthetics, bespoke craftsmanship, and a deep understanding of lifestyle-driven design.

The villa features expansive glass façades, framing uninterrupted views of the natural landscape and creating a dialogue between interior architecture and its surroundings. Each space has been meticulously planned to embrace light, tranquillity and modern elegance, resulting in a home that feels both sculptural and serene.

Paolo Rota Interiors is overseeing the project from concept to completion, offering a comprehensive A-to-Z design service. Every detail—layouts, materials, lighting, furniture and integrated joinery—has been thoughtfully curated to express a harmonious and contemporary vision of luxury living in Como.

A key element of the project is its bespoke Italian joinery, designed in London by Paolo Rota and expertly manufactured in Italy by trusted artisans. From custom wardrobes and panelled walls to the kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, each piece has been made to measure, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship and a truly tailored result.
